Life is pretty good for him, but he longs for something.  He is not even sure what that something is. When Violet, the dog, drops a fuzzy tennis ball into the underground prairie-dog town, a whole lot of trouble starts. The prairie-dogs are all fascinated by the fuzz and want it for themselves. Even the title is a play on words. The story follows Thesaurus Rex, a lovable dinosaur, through his day. A word of caution! Not all the words are strictly synonyms or antonyms.
